sipandpay.com presents the Sip & Pay service to venues and lets them request a demo. app.sipandpay.com is the guest app for ordering and paying at partner venues. Each partner venue's subdomain shows that venue's menu and ordering interface. Use of the guest app is governed by the App Terms and Conditions; personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
3.Intellectual property
The content of these sites (text, design, logos, videos, software) belongs to the owner or its licensors and may not be reproduced or reused without permission. Venue names, menus and product names shown on venue subdomains belong to the respective venues and brands.
4.Responsibility
The information on these sites is provided in good faith. The owner is not responsible for the content of external sites linked from here. On venue subdomains, the menu content, prices and product information are provided by the venue, which sells and serves the products.
5.Applicable law
These sites are governed by Spanish law. Nothing in this notice limits consumer rights that cannot be limited by law.
