1.Who we are and what these terms cover

Sip & Pay ("we", "us") is a QR ordering and prepaid payments platform for party venues, based in Madrid, Spain. These terms govern your use of the sipandpay.com website, demo bookings made through it, and guest accounts in the Sip & Pay app at app.sipandpay.com.

Venues that sign up for the platform also receive a service agreement; that agreement governs the service itself and prevails over these terms where they differ.

2.Demo bookings

Booking a demo is free and does not commit you to anything. We will contact you at the email you provide to confirm the call and, if needed, reschedule it. You can cancel or reschedule at any time by replying to your confirmation email.

3.Guest accounts and the app

Guests can create a free Sip & Pay account in the app to order at venues, keep their order history and earn loyalty points. By creating an account you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

You must be 18 or older and provide accurate details. Keep your account to yourself: you are responsible for what happens under it. We may suspend accounts used to abuse the service or the venues on it.

When you order through the app, your purchase is from the venue serving you; Sip & Pay processes the order and the prepaid payment for that venue. Card payments are handled by Stripe.

To delete your account, email info@sipandpay.com.

4.Pricing and subscriptions

• The Standard plan costs €99.99 per table per month. Annual billing gives you 2 months free: you pay the equivalent of 10 monthly payments spread over 12 months.
• The Customised plan is priced individually after the demo.
• Sip & Pay charges no transaction fees on orders. Standard fees from third-party payment processors (such as Stripe) apply separately.
• If prices change, we tell you in advance and the change applies from your next billing period.

5.Cancellation and refunds

• Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and end at the close of the current billing month.
• Annual subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and end at the close of the current annual term.
• Fees for billing periods that have already started are not refunded, except where the law requires it or where we have materially failed to provide the service. In that case, contact us and we will make it right, including a proportional refund where appropriate.

6.Acceptable use of this website

You agree not to misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload or probe it, no large-scale scraping, no false demo requests, and no use of the site for anything unlawful.

7.Content and brand

The content of this site (text, design, logos, videos) belongs to Sip & Pay or its licensors and may not be reused without permission. Product names shown inside app demos belong to their respective owners and appear only as examples of menu content.

8.Liability

The information on this site is provided in good faith for general information. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9.Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute related to this website will be handled by the courts of Madrid, Spain, unless mandatory rules give you the right to another forum.
